How do Advisors know when an appointment has been made?
All advisors are informed by fax or email, of the date of appointment. Our Commercial Pathology Clients Coordinator will also keep in close contact with advisors until results are finalised.
Where do the results go and when?
Results are forwarded to the requesting insurance company along with client/advisor details in hard copy format. Electronic access to results through a secure internet site provides insurance companies with rapid access to results.
Advisors are notified when all results and reports for their clients have been received and have been forwarded to the relevant insurance companies.
