Profile
Dr Ping Han graduated in 1969 from University of Sydney and completed a PhD on platelet function in coronary artery disease at John Curtin School of Medical Research.
Ping trained in haematology at Sydney Hospital and Prince of Wales Hospital and gained experience in the diagnosis and management of thrombosis at McMaster University, Canada.
Ping was an Associate Professor and Head of Haematology at National University Hospital, Singapore and Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Adelaide.
Ping joined Mayne Health Laverty Pathology in 2002 and is responsible for routine diagnostic haematology, with special interests in bleeding and thrombotic disorders and aspects of paediatric/perinatal haematology.
