Profile
Dr Corinne Smith practiced as a General Practitioner for five years on the South Coast of NSW following her graduation. She completed her pathology training in Sydney at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Royal North Shore Hospital, ICPMR Westmead and the Hornsby and Liverpool Hospitals.
Corinne joined Mayne Health Laverty Pathology in 1995 and is primarily involved in histopathology and haematology reporting and supervision of the clinical laboratory at North Gosford. She participates in the NSW on-call clinical pathology roster.
Corinne performs diagnostic procedures such as bone marrow biopsy, fine needle aspirations and arterial puncture for blood gas. She enjoys the scientific side of medicine and professional interaction with colleagues.
