Profile
Dr Teresa Yung graduated from the University of NSW in 1969. She trained in anatomical pathology, rotating through various hospitals in Toronto, Canada from 1972 to 1977.
In 1977 she obtained her Canadian Fellowship and American Board Certification. Upon returning to Sydney, she worked as a registrar in Sydney Hospital and obtained her Australian Fellowship in 1978.
After working for 2 years in a private pathology practice, she became a staff pathologist at Westmead Hospital from 1980 to 2995. She joined Laverty Pathology in April 2007.
Dr Yung is experienced in general histopathology with a special interest in renal, genitourinary, pulmonary and cardiac pathology.
