Dr Lan Nguyen graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science (Honours, University Medal) from the University of Sydney in 2003. She then completed a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree at Flinders University, graduating in 2007. She trained in Chemical Pathology at St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney, the Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Douglass Hanly Moir, Bolzano Hospital (Italy), and Royal North Shore Hospital. She obtained membership with the Australasian Association of Clinical Biochemists in 2012, and fellowship with the Royal College of Pathologists Australasia in 2016. In 2016, Dr Nguyen joined Laverty Pathology as a Chemical Pathologist.
