Dr Elizabeth Barr is a University of Sydney graduate. She trained as a pathologist at Sydney’s Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and London’s St Thomas’ Hospital. During her training she completed an Advanced Dermatopathology course at St John’s Institute of Dermatology in London. On graduation, she began working at Symbion Pathology and later Histopath Specialist Pathologists.
In 2010, Dr Barr joined Laverty Pathology and was the Histopathology department head for several years.
She is a member of the Australasian Dermatopathology Society.
