Dr Shabnam Irandoust is a medical graduate of Iran University of Medical Sciences. She trained as a pathologist at SA Pathology rotating between major hospitals including Royal Adelaide Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, The Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Flinders Medical centre. After graduation she joined Laverty Pathology in 2014. Dr Irandoust is a member of the International Society of Urological Pathology (ISUP), Australian Gastrointestinal Pathology Society and International Academy of Cytology. She’s passionate about teaching and has been involved in the Milestone histology course and Practical Cytology Course for Anatomical Pathology Registrars run at Laverty.
